Raúl Labrador is Idaho’s 33rd Attorney General. His duty is to defend Idaho’s laws in court, protect the sovereignty of our state, and ensure the values of Idahoans are upheld. Nearly every major conservative reform passed by the Legislature — protecting women’s sports, defending the sanctity of life, securing parental rights, and expanding educational freedom — is challenged in court. Without a strong Attorney General, these laws would be struck down before they ever take effect.
As Attorney General, Raúl makes sure Idaho’s voice is heard, our laws are defended, and the rights of Idahoans are protected against federal overreach and activist lawsuits.
Before becoming Attorney General, Raúl built and managed a successful law firm, served in the Idaho Legislature, and represented Idaho for eight years in Congress, where he co-founded the House Freedom Caucus.
