I have fought to protect the unborn, keep men out of women's spaces and sports, and defend parents rights. I'm committed to preserving Idaho as a place where families thrive, children are protected, and common sense prevails.

I have cracked down on predators who target Idaho's children. When I took office, Idaho's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force was overwhelmed, backlogged, and failing families. I reformed the task force, cleared over 1,400 un reviewed tips, and increased arrests. Today, we're investigating predators and putting them behind bars faster than ever, making Idaho safer for our kids.

I believe parents have the fundamental right to direct their children's education. As Attorney General I have successfully defended Idaho's school choice tax credit and continue fighting to keep schools focused on teaching, not indoctrinating, because parents, not government bureaucrats, should decide what's best for their kids.

I've fought to protect Idaho from the consequences of illegal immigration. I filed lawsuits against the Biden Administration to stop their open-border policies and defended states rights to secure their borders. Now I'm supporting the Trump Administration in court over their authority to enforce immigration law and deport illegal aliens.

I'm a proud gun owner and defender of our constitutional right to keep and bear arms. I've fought federal overreach threatening law-abiding gun owners and joined legal battles to protect Idahoans' freedoms. I know the right to self-defense is fundamental to liberty and will never back down.
