The maximum contribution for individuals, corporations, PACs, National Party Organizations and other legal entities is $5,000 per election. The Primary and General elections are treated as separate elections. So, donors may give up to $10,000 per person or entity with a primary and general election combined contribution. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited by law. State law requires that we collect and report information on contributors. Donations are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.
